**Task Summary (What to Expect)**
In this role, you’ll listen to audio recordings and create precise written transcripts of what’s being said. These transcripts will help enhance AI-based speech recognition systems.

Your responsibilities may include:
– Transcribing audio into text with high accuracy
– Writing speech exactly as spoken, including pauses, filler words (e.g., “uh,” “um”), repetitions, and unfinished sentences
– Adding timestamps that match the audio
– Identifying and labeling different speakers in conversations
– Marking non-speech elements such as laughter, background noise, or unclear audio

Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills are essential to deliver high-quality transcriptions.

**What We’re Looking For**
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
– Strong knowledge of Haitian Creole spelling conventions
– You can be located anywhere, but you must be fluent in the Haitian dialect
– Good English reading comprehension
– Reliable internet connection
– High attention to detail
– Ability to review examples and apply instructions to the provided data
– Prior transcription experience
– Experience working with audio data
– Access to a PC/laptop or an iPad

**Payments**
You’ll be paid the published hourly rate for each audio hour. Tasks are divided into units of different lengths, and you can complete as many units as you want.

All submissions must meet the required quality standards. Work that does not meet those standards may be rejected.
