At Offchain Labs, we’re not just creating products — we’re shaping a movement. We are dedicated to building a decentralized, secure, and transparent future through blockchain technology. Our goal is to push the limits of innovation while fostering a creative, collaborative, and inclusive culture where ideas can flourish. We believe the potential of blockchain is boundless, and achieving it starts with bringing together the brightest talent.

We’re searching for curious, driven individuals who welcome new challenges and aim to push beyond the status quo. If transparency, trust, and decentralization matter to you — and you thrive in fast‑evolving environments — we want to meet you.

Why Offchain Labs?
Our team is focused on closing the gap between what blockchain is today and what it can become. Our flagship product, Arbitrum One, is a leading Ethereum scaling solution trusted worldwide by enterprises, developers, and users. And that’s only the start. Our dedicated team continues to innovate with technologies like Arbitrum AnyTrust, Arbitrum Orbit, Stylus, BoLD, and Arbitrum Nitro. We also contribute to the Ethereum core protocol through the Prysm consensus client.

After securing $3.8M in seed funding in January 2019, along with $20M in Series A and $100M in Series B funding in 2021, we’re ready to grow our team. We welcome individuals passionate about blockchain and skilled in approaching problems from fresh angles to help shape the future of this evolving industry.

We’re searching for a versatile Events Coordinator to lead our global events program, with a focus on developer‑oriented events and hacker houses. The ideal candidate is a dedicated community advocate who excels at building meaningful connections and fostering engagement across our ecosystem. This role calls for strong organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects while upholding a high standard of excellence. We’re looking for someone who brings creativity to our events strategy and delivers outstanding planning and execution.

What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute a wide range of community events, such as hacker houses, technical workshops, ecosystem meetups, and virtual activations.
• Build and manage comprehensive event roadmaps, including timelines, resource planning, and success metrics.
• Oversee all event logistics, from venue negotiations and vendor management to technical setup and speaker coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to craft impactful content strategies before and after events across social, email, and community platforms.
• Lead on‑site operations to ensure smooth delivery of technical, experiential, and logistical elements.
• Manage event budgets effectively, optimizing resources while creating high‑impact experiences.
• Track and report budget variances, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate global travel, lodging, and equipment needs for staff, speakers, and participants.
• Train and manage event staff, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
• Solve issues in real time during events while maintaining a high standard of execution.
• Evaluate event performance using both quantitative and qualitative insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create engaging post‑event content to extend impact across community channels.
• Establish feedback loops with attendees and stakeholders to refine and enhance event experiences.

What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of event management experience, with proven success in Web3, tech, or international events.
• Demonstrated experience managing complete event cycles and readiness to travel internationally up to 40%.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across global teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive, adaptable self‑starter who’s comfortable working flexible hours and excels in fast‑paced environments.

Perks:
• Remote‑first global team, with a New York office opening soon.
• Annual company‑wide offsite and team gatherings.
• Professional development reimbursement for conferences, certifications, and more.
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage (US and select other countries).
• 401(k) with company match (US only).
• Wellness stipend.
• Home office and ergonomic equipment support.
