About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Travel Reservations Agent to join our growing remote travel team. In this role, you’ll help clients plan and book travel experiences while delivering exceptional customer service from their initial inquiry through the completion of their trip.

This fully remote position is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, are highly organized, and thrive in a flexible work-from-home environment.

What You’ll Do

• Help clients with travel reservations, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
• Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to meet client needs
• Handle booking requests, confirmations, and itinerary updates
• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
• Maintain accurate client records and reservation details
• Share travel requirements, policies, and key documentation
• Develop long-term client relationships through great service and follow-up
