About the Role:
The Executive Assistant ensures the CFO Organization (Finance, Accounting, Legal, Data Science, BI) operates efficiently by delivering comprehensive administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer, CFO Org leadership, and the Executive Leadership Team. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong judgment.
The Executive Assistant anticipates the CFO’s needs, communicates clearly and thoughtfully on the CFO’s behalf, and ensures priorities and expectations are met.

Pay ranges are based on role and location. The posted range covers all US locations. Individual compensation is determined by work location and factors such as experience, skills, and training.
What You’ll Do:
– Manage leaders’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, speaking engagements, and travel, using sound judgment when allocating time
– Plan and lead meetings by preparing agendas, distributing materials, and capturing action items
– Draft, edit, and send emails, memos, letters, and forms
– Coordinate production and timely delivery of recurring reports
– Arrange and oversee executive travel, ensuring compliance with travel policies
– Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports; review submitted reports for accuracy
– Lead and execute assigned projects
– Organize in-person, hybrid, and virtual team events
– Create professional, on-brand presentation materials
– Maintain email inbox organization and prioritization, ensuring timely responses
– Assess and prioritize matters requiring the CFO’s attention, delegating or addressing issues independently as appropriate
– Keep the CFO, CEO, and other leaders informed of urgent or high-priority issues and ensure proper follow-up
– Guide strategy and execution for multiple interrelated projects
– Maintain strong feedback loops to track progress and deliverables
– Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
– Perform a wide range of administrative support tasks
– Complete special assignments, including staff recognition initiatives, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
– Support other executives or departments as needed
– Exercise independent judgment on significant matters involving policies, operations, and major business assignments

Education and Experience:
– High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
– 8+ years of administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting a senior executive
– Knowledge of office management practices
– Advanced proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Slack, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
