Lyra Health is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Executive Assistant to support their new CFO. In this role, you will serve as the CFO’s trusted partner and a representative of the company. You will manage calendars, coordinate detailed travel, and organize events and meetings, ensuring the CFO’s day-to-day schedule runs smoothly. Your caring, friendly, and approachable manner—paired with thoughtfulness, dedication, and a commitment to high-quality support—will be key to your success.
**Responsibilities**
– Oversee the CFO’s day-to-day activities throughout the business day
– Support and facilitate communication with investors and bankers
– Handle sensitive, confidential information across multiple stakeholders
– Screen, prioritize, respond to, and/or route incoming correspondence for the CFO
– Draft, edit, and proofread communications for routine and complex matters
– Support meeting preparation, including communication and presentations to the Board of Directors
– Provide meeting support by taking minutes, tracking action items, and compiling and distributing meeting summaries
– Facilitate communication between the CFO and key internal and external contacts
– Organize company events and manage all related logistics
**Qualifications**
– 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives; direct CFO or CEO support preferred
– Experience at a growth-stage company supporting an executive officer of a public company
– Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
– Strong, effective communication skills
– Kind, warm, positive, and professional demeanor, with a proactive approach
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
– Proven experience coordinating, managing, and attending company events
– Experience handling confidential materials with complete discretion
– Proficiency with Google Suite
– Ability to function as a high-performing EA in a remote environment with sound judgment
– Flexibility to travel and provide in-person support in a hybrid setup
**Compensation**
$106,000–$163,000 per year. As a full-time Executive Assistant with Lyra Health, Inc., the expected base salary range for this position is $106,000 to $163,000. The final placement within the range depends on role and level, as well as factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
