Salary: $800 USD/month to start + performance bonuses

Location: Remote

Schedule: Mon–Fri, flexible hours with a 2–4 hour overlap with US time

Role:
You’ll work as a video editor. For me, video editing isn’t entertainment or art—it’s advertising, and advertising is a way of delivering information.

When I create an ad, I don’t want feedback like “it’s creative.” I want you to produce work so effective that it motivates people to buy the product.

What You’ll Do:
– Edit videos to turn content into advertisements

Requirements:
– Strong attention to detail, with a natural drive toward 100% accuracy
– Comfortable using tools such as Premiere and DaVinci
– Clear written English with a professional, friendly tone
– Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
– Proactive mindset
– Ability to ask thoughtful, effective questions
– Careful follow-through on instructions
