• Proven experience as a sales advisor or other customer service/sales role

• Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Provide information and other services such as educating on health Insurance

• Build Health Policy on behalf of customers’ needs and Budgets

• Deal with concerns in a patient and helpful manner

• Take and record policies through a computer system in person or over the phone

• Update customer information in databases

• Go the “extra mile” to meet targets
