We are looking for a talented and detail-focused Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you care deeply about quality, continuous improvement, and spotting issues before they make it to production, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Create and carry out detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly within our tracking system.
• Conduct comprehensive regression testing once issues have been fixed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as developers and product managers, to understand system requirements and support consistent project delivery.
• Stay informed about new testing tools and methodologies.
• Help develop and monitor quality assurance metrics, such as defect density and open defect counts.
• Take part in design reviews to provide feedback on functional requirements, product design, timelines, and potential risks.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methods, tools, and processes.
• Experience creating clear, concise, and complete test plans and test cases.
• Practical experience with both white-box and black-box testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
