We are seeking experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and improving customer service content in Dutch (Netherlands). The work involves refining machine-translated text to ensure accuracy, natural phrasing, and compliance with project guidelines.

**What you’ll do**
– Perform second-pass quality checks to ensure linguistic correctness and consistency across batches.
– Verify and calibrate severity ratings to stay aligned with quality standards.
– Detect recurring machine translation quality problems, including common error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
– Provide high-level qualitative feedback that supports final quality reporting and continuous improvement.
