Bose Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Solutions Architect to define global-scalable solutions and capabilities to support Omni-channel digital business strategy and roadmap. In this role, you will engage with other architects and Subject Matter Experts to define and deliver robust, flexible and globally-scalable technology capabilities that enable business objectives. The ideal person for this role has extensive demonstrable experience with designing and implementing global-scale digital B2C and B2B solutions leveraging leading technology providers of packaged application platforms.
Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development as well as IT delivery organizations, providing direction and focus on the delivery of digital solutions
Work cross functionally to help shape digital business strategies across the ecosystem of Web and Retail channels and IT enterprise.
Help to set architecture direction, define and ensure adherence to standards, provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, leveraging own technology experience and expertise. Provide guidance and support for implementing complete B2C and B2B commerce solutions and web applications integrated into Bose enterprise landscape.
Work with agile development teams and support the iterative software development lifecycle, focused on delivering and maximizing business value with each development iteration.
Conduct research, and recommend optimal technical solutions leveraging the most appropriate tools and technologies with a proven track record in the industry.
Identify improvement opportunities in our methods and tools that can be addressed through technical solutions, and will work with other team members to implement.
Build upon the deep knowledge and understanding of digital and enterprise architectures, modern java-based digital commerce and content management tools, technologies and frameworks.
Effectively translate business and IT strategy and vision into working technical solutions
