Piton Labs is looking for a committed Business Development Representative to join us as we move into our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you’ll be key to expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates whose working hours fall between GMT‑8 (US West Coast) and GMT‑3, though we may consider other options depending on circumstances.

**Responsibilities and Expectations**
You’ll participate in the full sales cycle—from identifying leads to closing deals—supported by our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but having a solid understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value we deliver to prospects.

Your core responsibilities include:
• Prospecting for new customers and reaching out to them
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing focused sales strategies for our core markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into actionable needs
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
• Delivering presentations and product demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

**About You**
You’re highly motivated and have strong business development experience. By nature, you build and maintain relationships—and you stand out because you:

**General Requirements**
• English proficiency close to native or native
• 4+ years of business development experience, preferably in a technical environment
• Proven ability to generate new business

**Remote Work Policy**
• Fully remote role with no physical office
• Preference for candidates located in the United States with work authorization
• Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay candidates are a secondary consideration
• Ability to overlap with Eastern Time for 4–6 hours per day on most days
• Suitable for digital entrepreneurs who don’t have a fixed workspace
