Piton Labs is looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our team as we enter our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates are especially preferred if they are in time zones between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3, though we may consider other options depending on circumstances.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
You will participate in the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach through deal close—supported by our founding team. While deep technical experience is not required, having a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value of our solutions to prospects.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into actionable requirements
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

**General Requirements**
• Fluent English (at or near native level)
• 4+ years of business development experience, preferably in a technical environment
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
**Remote Work Policy**
• Fully remote with no physical office
• Preference for candidates in the United States who have work authorization
• Lower priority for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with US East Coast time most days
• Ideal for those who work as “digital nomads” without a fixed work location
