Piton Labs is looking for an engaged Business Development Representative as we enter our next growth phase. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and creating new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT‑8 (US Pacific) and GMT‑3 are strongly preferred, though we may consider others as well.
**ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will take part in the entire sales journey—from prospecting to closing—with support from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical knowledge, but a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to potential customers.
Your core responsibilities include:
• Finding and contacting new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Working with the engineering team to translate customer feedback into actionable requirements
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through ongoing communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address our customers’ challenges

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a tech environment
• Proven ability to generate new business
**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote, with no physical office
• Preferred: candidates based in the USA who have work authorization
• Second priority: candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap with East Coast time for 4–6 hours on most days
• Ideal for digital nomads without a fixed workplace
