Position Overview

The Data Entry Administrator will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining company information with the highest levels of quality and confidentiality. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The right candidate will help ensure business records are complete, correct, and easy to access, directly supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Check and confirm information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission.
  • Update existing records with new details while protecting data integrity.
  • Find and fix mistakes, inconsistencies, or duplicate entries.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation.
  • Carry out routine data quality checks and audits.
  • Produce reports and summaries when requested by management.
  • Support data import and export between different software platforms.
  • Handle confidential information in line with company policies and relevant privacy laws.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
  • Manage priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Help with administrative initiatives and complete additional data-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office administration is preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to error-free work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new software and database tools.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet access and a suitable remote work environment.

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
