**Why this role is important to Arcadia**
The Data Analyst will join the Analytics team at a fast-growing Population Health and Analytics data platform company. Reporting to the Director of Analytics, this role will involve data analysis and building analytical dashboards in a highly collaborative team environment.

You should be eager to learn about population health, help Arcadia’s customers get more value from their data, and ultimately take ownership of your own analyses and dashboards.

**What Success Looks Like**
**In 3 months**
– Become familiar with Arcadia’s data model and core population health concepts, and begin building Vista dashboards and scorecards in AWS QuickSight.

**In 6 months**
– Partner with Analytics, Product, and a major payer client to design innovative analytics dashboards, and share your work internally and externally.

**In 12 months**
– Finish a new set of analytics dashboards built to support payer needs across utilization, cost of care, quality, and risk. Proactively find ways to add value to the team and improve analytics reporting.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
– Learn population health and build transferable skills in analyzing and presenting data.
– Deliver value for Arcadia’s customers—especially a large payer—through dashboard development and detailed analysis.
– Prepare, analyze, and visualize tens of millions of records of healthcare data.
– Help customers succeed in value-based care, as well as support internal Arcadia teams.
– Manage and deliver multiple B.I. reporting projects, primarily through Arcadia Vista, our analytics dashboard product.
– Collaborate with colleagues across Analytics and teams such as Product, Customer Insights, Growth, and Implementation.

**What You’ll Bring**
– 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing business intelligence role involving data analysis, visualization, and presentation.
– A bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field.
– Ability to query and work with relational databases using SQL.
– Experience with a business intelligence dashboard tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
– Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
– Strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously improve your work and processes.

**Would Love For You To Have**
– A passion for communicating data through clear, engaging visual design.
– Experience analyzing healthcare data (value-based care experience is a plus).
– Experience with the AWS platform, particularly QuickSight and Redshift.
– Advanced SQL skills or expertise in data visualization.
– Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
– Experience using AI tools to produce better analytics deliverables and streamline processes.
