Customer Service Agent – Hotel Reservations (Remote)
About the role: Help customers book, modify, and manage hotel reservations while delivering excellent customer service—from the comfort of your home office.
Main responsibilities:
– Assist customers with selecting and booking hotel accommodations
– Provide information on amenities, pricing, and availability
– Process reservation changes and keep records accurate and up to date
– Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging
Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, empathetic approach
– Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
– Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection
– Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus
