Job Description
As an important member of the Creative Operations and Resourcing group, you will report to the Senior Creative Resource Manager and help ensure processes run smoothly. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys administrative responsibilities, has strong communication and organizational skills, and wants to contribute to a fast-moving creative environment.
Position type: Freelance
Target start date: Late August or early September
Hours per week: Expected 30–35 hours
Duration: 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension
What You’ll Do
– Support high-volume invoicing by ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
– Provide Production Resource Management coverage as needed.
– Offer administrative support for the internal resource management system.
– Follow up on time entries to help ensure reporting is completed on schedule.
– Provide administrative support for weekly resourcing meetings.
– Manage and update documents, keep filing systems organized, and maintain clear, consistent folder structures.
– Step in wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.
Qualifications
– Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
– Comfortable using Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs/Sheets.
– Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
– A proactive approach—identify what needs to be done and take initiative.
– Experience in a creative, agency, or operations environment is an asset.
Additional Information
The hourly rate for this position is between CAD $40/hour and CAD $45/hour. The final offer will depend on factors such as location, skills, education, and prior work experience.
