Key Responsibilities:Design an intelligent documentation ecosystem using modular, reusable content blocks that can feed into web, app, chatbot, and marketing channels automatically. Create interactive documentation experiences (e.g., clickable process maps, embedded demos, or simulation-based learning). Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure microcopy and UX text drive user behavior, not just explain features. Integrate AI-assisted authoring toolsDevelop a content intelligence dashboard that measures how documentation impacts onboarding time, feature adoption, and support volume. Create “story frameworks” that explain product vision, workflows, and releases in a human-centered way not just technically. Partner with the marketing and training teams to convert technical documentation into client education and enablement materials.build

Experience in the investment-tech domain is a MUSTStrategic storyteller with strong product sense and UX writing experience.
