Piton Labs is looking to hire a dedicated Business Development Representative as we enter our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates based between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered case by case.

**Responsibilities and expectations**
You will be involved in the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—with support from the founding team. Deep technical expertise is not required, but a solid understanding of software development and the technology landscape will help you communicate our value to prospective customers.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Creating and executing targeted sales strategies for our key markets (startups and innovation teams at large enterprises)
• Working closely with the engineering team to share customer needs and feedback
• Building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication
• Delivering demos that clearly show how our solutions address customer challenges

**General requirements**
• Native-level English proficiency
• At least four years of experience in business development, ideally in a technology company
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities

**Remote work policy**
• Fully remote company with no physical office
• Preference for candidates based in the United States with work authorization
• Candidates from Canada, Uruguay, and Paraguay are also welcome
• Ability to maintain 4–6 hours of daily overlap with the US East Coast time zone
• Suitable for digital nomads (no fixed work location required)
