Job Purpose
Working closely with the Marketing Director and Lead Copywriter, you’ll create compelling copy for web pages, emails, social media, and other marketing materials across our full range of programs and software. This is fast-paced work with quick turnarounds, so you’ll need to be flexible, creative, and innovative.
The ideal candidate can thrive in a diverse team. They should be confident, have strong communication skills, and a strong command of written English. Copywriting experience is essential. The ability to edit and proofread both your own work and others’ work is highly preferred.
As a Coaching.com Copywriter, you will:
– Write clear, engaging content that matches our brand voice and converts traffic at a high rate
– Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop a range of content marketing assets
– Produce error-free content that follows company style guidelines and connects with our audience
– Turn creative direction and briefs into persuasive copy concepts
– Edit and proofread copy as needed
– Manage multiple projects at once, meeting various deadlines
– Develop copy concepts and share the strategic thinking behind them with the Marketing Director
Profile
We’d love to talk to you if you:
– Enjoy what you do and have fun doing it
– Have experience writing for digital channels, including direct response
– Understand SEO concepts and know how to write effectively to meet SEO goals
– Have excellent attention to detail
– Write clearly and persuasively for specific target audiences
– Stay current with the latest sales psychology
– Have knowledge of or experience with: Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, HRIS, and Asana
