**What you’ll be doing**
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the CEO’s right-hand person. You’ll be involved in all areas of the startup and support day-to-day operations. This is an excellent fit for someone who wants to learn about entrepreneurship and leadership beyond a traditional assistant role.
– Manage the CEO’s inbox, drafting and replying to emails
– Handle complex scheduling: meetings, conferences, and travel
– Design, build, and continuously improve hiring processes, onboarding, and organizational planning to support scalable growth
– Draft internal and external communications
– Conduct research, analysis, and reporting, including forecasts
– Manage travel and expenses
– Coordinate events such as team meetings, conferences, and webinars
– Maintain a high level of discretion with confidential information
– Assist with payroll, accounting, and reporting
– Support with personal assistant tasks
**Requirements**
– 1+ years of experience working online/remotely
– 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a remote startup
– Internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
– Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
– Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) at hours that suit your client, often evenings in PH time
– Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) plus productivity and project management tools
– A charismatic “can-do” mindset
