Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Canva Specialist to support our real estate marketing. This role mainly involves using existing Canva templates to create marketing materials and editing videos efficiently for different digital platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, can handle multiple projects at once, and ensures every deliverable is accurate and consistent.

Key Responsibilities: Canva Design & Branding

• Customize and edit pre-made Canva templates for marketing materials, social media posts, real estate flyers, and presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials by following established design standards.
• Resize and optimize graphics for various digital and print platforms.
• Develop and maintain an organized library of templates and digital assets.

Video Editing (Optional)

• Handle basic video editing tasks such as trimming, adding text overlays, transitions, and background music.
• Optimize videos for social media, training content, and promotional use.
• Format videos for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Meet tight deadlines while producing high-quality video content.

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage multiple design and video requests simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Ensure projects are finished on time and with accuracy.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with expectations and deadlines.
• Follow detailed instructions and deliver quick turnarounds without compromising quality.

Requirements:
✔ Strong knowledge of Canva, including editing and updating templates.

✔ Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).

✔ Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.

✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

✔ Fast, reliable internet connection.
