As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will collaborate with multiple teams across the organization, including Product Development and Adoption, Technology, Performance, Growth, and Strategic Payer Partnerships. In this role, you will create moderately complex datasets, support updates and modifications to more complex datasets, and produce data visualizations and analyses that address a wide range of business questions. You will also begin developing deeper expertise in at least one specialty area. Daily work involves close coordination with other BI team members and regular interaction with stakeholders throughout the company. You should have a solid understanding of healthcare analytics, population health, and value‑based care.
This role offers flexible location options—you may work remotely from anywhere in the United States or from our Bethesda, MD headquarters.
Primary Duties:
• Partner with teams across Aledade to turn insights into actionable outcomes. You will develop interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and drive action among internal teams and partner practices.
• Help design and directly implement data warehouse tables or views that support analysis and reporting.
• Analyze complex business issues using data from both internal and external sources to support data‑driven decisions across the company.
• Provide support to internal users for existing dashboards.
Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting findings through visualizations, dashboards, and reports for diverse audiences, including executives, internal teams, and clinicians.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• At least 1 year of experience working with healthcare data such as claims, EHR, or clinical information.
• Experience with data management and manipulation, including strong SQL skills.
• Experience supporting internal users of reporting tools, including troubleshooting, answering technical questions, and providing training.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Strong quantitative skills: advanced SQL knowledge (including window functions) and/or proficiency with a BI visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Familiarity with dbt or other data transformation tools such as SSIS or Alteryx.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods. Frequent computer and keyboard use. Occasional walking and lifting may be necessary.
