Piton Labs is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative as we move into our next phase of expansion. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in growing our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3 are especially preferred, but others may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS**
You will be involved in the full sales cycle—from reaching out to potential customers to closing deals—with support from our founding team. Deep technical expertise is not required, but a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to prospects.

Your main responsibilities include:
– Identifying and contacting new potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Creating and executing sales strategies for our key markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Collaborating with the engineering team to communicate customer data and requirements
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication
– Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions solve customers’ problems

You are a motivated individual with strong experience in business development. You naturally build relationships and maintain them. You excel at:
– **Taking ownership:** You want to drive the entire process and help shape the company’s growth
– **Building relationships:** You can form alliances and turn contacts into customers
– **Thinking strategically:** You understand market dynamics and can position our technology effectively
– **Understanding technology:** You’re not necessarily an engineer, but you know the digital landscape well enough to communicate our value clearly

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native or fluent English
– 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a technology-related environment
– Proven success in generating new business

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
– Fully remote, with no physical office
– Preference for candidates in the USA with work authorization
– Second priority for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap with the US East Coast for 4–6 hours on most days
– Suitable for digital nomads, with no fixed location requirements
