Piton Labs is looking to hire a dedicated Business Development Representative to support our next phase of expansion. As the first person in this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth by expanding our customer base and creating new strategic partnerships. We prefer candidates located in the GMT‑8 (US West Coast) to GMT‑3 time zones, but we may consider other time zones case by case.
**Responsibilities & Expectations**
You will participate in the entire sales cycle—from prospecting through closing—backed by our founding team. While deep technical knowledge isn’t required, having a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value more effectively to prospective customers.
Key responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to new prospects
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and trade shows
– Developing and executing sales strategies for our primary markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
– Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer insights and requirements
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
– Delivering demos and product presentations to show how our solutions address customer needs

**General Requirements**
– English at native or fluent level
– 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a technical environment
– Demonstrated success in new business development
**Remote Work Policy**

– Secondary consideration for candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to align with US Eastern Time for 4–6 hours on most workdays
