Piton Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development professional as we begin our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT‑8 (US West Coast) and GMT‑3 are preferred; others will be considered case by case.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will support the full sales process—from first contact to closing—with guidance from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but a strong understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value clearly.
Your main responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to potential new customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to our target markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer needs and market feedback
– Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
– Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions solve customer problems

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– English at a native-speaker level
– 4+ years of experience in Business Development, ideally in the tech industry
– Proven success in acquiring new customers
**REMOTE WORK**
– Fully remote, no office
– Preferred: candidates in the US with work authorization
– Secondary priority: candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours on most days with US time (Eastern Time)
– Suitable for digital nomads—no fixed work location
