Piton Labs is looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative as we move into our next phase of expansion. As the first person to take on this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT-8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT-3 are especially preferred, though other cases may be considered individually.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will participate in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with support from our founding team. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, having a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to prospective customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
– Identifying and contacting new potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Creating and executing sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Collaborating with engineering to share customer feedback and requirements
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication
– Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions solve customer problems

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native or fluent English
– 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech environment
– Proven ability to generate new business
**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
– 100% remote work, no physical office
– Preference for candidates based in the U.S. with work authorization
– Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with U.S. Eastern Time most days
– Suitable for digital nomads—no need for a fixed location
