Piton Labs is hiring a dedicated Business Development Representative to help us take the next step in our expansion. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in driving growth: expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates in the GMT‑8 (US West Coast) to GMT‑3 time zones, though we will consider other time zones on a case-by-case basis.
**Responsibilities & Expectations**
You will be involved in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—supported by our founding team. While deep technical expertise is not required, a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value more clearly to potential customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
– Identify and reach out to new prospects
– Represent Piton Labs at meetings, events, and trade shows
– Develop and execute sales strategies for our core markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
– Partner with the engineering team to communicate customer insights and requirements
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
– Deliver demos and product presentations to show how our solutions solve customer problems

**General Requirements**
– English at native or fluent level
– 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a technical environment
– Proven track record of new business development results
**Remote Work Policy**
– Fully remote, no physical office
– Priority for candidates in the United States with work authorization
– Secondary consideration for candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for 4–6 hours on most workdays
