About the Role

As a Bookkeeping Specialist on the Human Data Team, you’ll create cutting-edge datasets for training, benchmarking, and advancing AI models. Collaborating closely with technical staff, you’ll support xAI’s mission through labeling and annotating data in text, voice, and video formats. Your expertise will focus on practical bookkeeping scenarios across small- to mid-sized business domains, including recording daily transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, handling basic payroll, and preparing financial reports (primarily in QuickBooks). Tasks may include capturing or providing data through audio/video recordings, so comfort with those formats is required. This fast-paced role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow evolving instructions to enhance model accuracy and performance. Responsibilities
