Responsibilities

• Create and manage Bitfinex’s digital asset research function.

• As part of the research function, will be responsible for identifying the highest quality digital assets for listing on Bitfinex.

• Create a research process that combines quantitative and qualitative methods.

• Stay ahead of the market to ensure that Bitfinex is the first place to list the most in-demand assets.

• Identify projects that have strong fundamentals.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Listings, Marketing, Legal and Community.

• Work with data to improve performance.

• Use Research-driven listings to target the digital asset trading user base and successfully convert them into Bitfinex users.

Requirements

• Crypto native. Industry experience of at least 18 months.

• Crypto enthusiast. Experience with more sophisticated crypto products such as DeFi, bridges and communities.

• Experience in successfully growing a user base within the crypto industry.

• Ability to create a strategy and manage cross-team projects to completion.

• Ability to communicate with senior executives.

• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English.
