As an AI Tutor specializing in Portuguese, your main responsibility will be to generate high-quality, accurately labeled Portuguese-language data to strengthen our models. You will collaborate closely with our technical team to create datasets used for training and evaluation, playing a key role in enhancing our products and services through precise and reliable data.
The AI Tutor – Portuguese position is a remote, full-time, temporary role lasting up to six months.
What you’ll do:
– Use proprietary tools to input and label project data entirely in Portuguese.
– Deliver carefully curated, high-quality data with attention to Portuguese linguistic details.
– Help design annotation tools to improve efficiency for Portuguese data workflows.
– Contribute to various writing projects aimed at improving our generative AI models, with emphasis on Portuguese content.
Key Qualifications:
– Native proficiency in Portuguese.
– Excellent spoken and written command of Portuguese in both informal and professional contexts.
– Strong research abilities, including navigating diverse information sources, databases, and online materials in Portuguese.
– Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
– Advanced reading comprehension in Portuguese and the ability to make sound judgments with limited information.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay for this position ranges from $35 to $65 per hour. Full-time roles include medical, vision, dental, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance.
This is a fully remote role. Team members must work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST during the first two weeks of training, and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in their own time zone afterward.
