Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Online Hospitality Services Coordinator to provide remote support with client reservations, scheduling, and related hospitality services. Key Responsibilities
– Handle client questions about reservations, scheduling, and service coordination
– Help organize hospitality services, including accommodations and related arrangements
– Keep client records and reservation information accurate in internal systems
– Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
– Verify confirmations and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
– Provide general administrative support and customer service
– Follow established procedures and workflows
– Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs
Qualifications
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
– Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
– Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred

– Salary: $45,000–$60,000 per year
