Profitable Painter CPA is a fast-growing U. S. CPA firm serving over 175 painting contractors. We recently launched Automation for Painters—a service line helping painting businesses streamline operations using HighLevel, Zapier, Notion, and other tools. We’re looking for a technically skilled and dependable automation specialist to support both our internal team and our painting clients.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage Zapier and HighLevel automations to streamline sales, follow-ups, scheduling, and admin

• Set up custom dashboards and documentation in Notion

• Troubleshoot automation issues across client accounts and internal systems

• Assist painting contractors with their HighLevel and Zapier setups

• Work with our ops and accounting teams to automate tasks and reduce manual work

• Communicate clearly and professionally in English with clients and team members

Must-Have Qualifications

• Ability to work U. S. Eastern Time hours

• Strong spoken and written English skills

• Proven experience with Zapier, HighLevel (GoHighLevel), and Notion

• Fast learner who enjoys solving problems and improving systems

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Reliable internet and work-from-home setup

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling tools, QuickBooks, or Gusto

• Basic API understanding or ability to read technical documentation

• Experience working with U. S. small businesses or trades (painting, plumbing, etc.)

• Ability to make short Loom videos to explain systems to clients
