We’re seeking reliable, talented freelance writers who enjoy writing about a wide range of topics, including legal subjects.
Most of our assignments are legal. All legal topics we cover are entry-level and not at an academic level.
You’ll write content ranging from explaining why a specific legal contract is necessary for a business, to creating a checklist-style article on the best tools for an e-commerce store to boost sales.
## About the Work
We value high-quality content. We’re not interested in simple, text-only articles; we want well-researched pieces that educate our readers, including elements like images, links, references to research papers, expert quotes, and similar resources.
Our articles are usually 1,000+ words, typically around 2,000 words, and some can exceed 10,000 words.
We’re not trying to “game” search engines. Instead, we aim to educate customers about the legal contracts they’re searching for—we want to act as a teacher.
We’re looking for writers who are available for at least one day per week. We’ll provide as much work as you can handle, and we don’t micromanage.
For each article, we’re very clear about expectations. We provide the topic and a proposed outline, along with deadlines and the minimum word count. During revisions, there’s sometimes back-and-forth communication. For the most part, though: you write the article, submit it, we review it and request edits if needed, and then we publish it.
Payment is made every other week in US dollars via PayPal or bank transfer.
Depending on where your work is published—and whenever possible—we’ll include your bio and author byline to give you credit.
