– Define and build multi-format learning plans, large-scale training programs, and timely, high-impact events, using data-driven insights to continuously improve and evolve programming.
– Develop and scale program evaluation and quality assurance best practices, including assessing learning and development needs and outcomes through surveys, interviews, and ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
– Support improvements in outcomes reporting by creating tailored one-to-many and bespoke solutions to communicate impact and value.
– Facilitate expert-level workshops and high-profile training events.

Qualifications
– A graduate degree (PhD, PsyD, MS, MA) in organizational, clinical, or counseling psychology, public health, or health promotion.
– Professional experience as a consultant or subject matter expert working with internal and external stakeholders on mental health, mental health promotion, workplace wellbeing, and/or corporate mental health.
– Experience creating engaging psychoeducational content for live training and written resources.
– Expertise in program evaluation, measurement, and quality improvement best practices.
– Ability to clearly explain research-backed best practices, interventions, skills, and program evaluation outcomes.
– Ability to collaborate effectively across functions with multidisciplinary colleagues.
– Ability to remain flexible and adapt under tight deadlines.
– Familiarity with commonly used statistical and data visualization tools.

Preferred
– Strong dynamic public speaking skills.
