We are looking for a talented and innovative HRIS Analyst with Workday expertise to join our People Technology team. This hands-on position focuses on optimizing and managing HR applications, especially Workday. You will use your skills in analytics, dashboards, and reporting to deliver meaningful insights and support enhancements across multiple Workday HCM modules. You will also lead compensation cycles and help create scalable solutions for a growing company.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative team member and inventive problem-solver with strong Workday configuration knowledge and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
How you’ll contribute:
• Build, maintain, and enhance Workday analytics, dashboards, and reports to support key HR metrics.
• Oversee and execute compensation cycles with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to improve Workday HCM functionality across modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within Workday to ensure smooth system performance.
• Develop custom reporting solutions aligned with business needs.
• Act as a Workday subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend best practices and new features.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Occasional travel may be required.
What you’ll need to succeed:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Proven experience with Advanced Compensation, including managing compensation cycles in Workday.
• Strong skills in creating and interpreting complex Workday reports and visualizations.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical issues to varied audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in fast-growing or scaling organizations.
• Workday certifications in modules such as Reporting or Advanced Compensation.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll.
• Familiarity with additional HR systems such as applicant tracking systems, survey tools, or analytics platforms.
