Omni partners with numerous clients. Qualified independent contractors provide customer support for Fortune 500 companies by handling inbound calls, responding to chat messages, and replying to emails.

You will primarily assist customers through incoming phone calls, and in some cases, through chat or email, addressing a wide range of their needs.

Earnings and Revenue:
• Compensation varies by client, generally between $14 and $20 per hour
• Pay is based on your call engagement while helping customers
• Additional incentives may be offered depending on the client and performance

Required Skills for Successful Contractors:
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on high-quality support
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Warm, empathetic, and professional communication style
• Self‑driven, proactive, and resourceful
• Comfortable using technology, software, and computer applications

Important Information

Technology and Equipment Requirements:
• A quiet, secure workspace during work hours
• A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not allowed)
• A wired USB headset with a microphone for clear audio
• High‑speed wired internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Current and valid antivirus software
• A smartphone or Android/iOS tablet for program tasks and authentication
• Windows 10 or 11 must be used unless a specific client permits AppleOS

Work Environment Requirements:
• A quiet, distraction‑free workspace
• A tidy, organized desk area

We are currently unable to contract with individuals living in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. A criminal background check is required.

We can contract with individuals living in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.

Contractual Relationship: Your relationship with Omni Interactions is that of an independent contractor. You will remain a contractor throughout your assignment. Omni Interactions will not withhold taxes from your earnings. When you receive your contract, you must agree not to make claims for benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers’ compensation, health or disability coverage, overtime, unemployment insurance, or any other employee benefits.
