If you meet the requirements, you’ll receive an invitation within 24 hours to access our online portal, where you can view and apply for contracts that match your preferences. Be sure to review the technology requirements before applying.

Omni partners with numerous clients. Qualified independent contractors will provide customer service, including taking inbound calls and responding to chat or email, for Fortune 500 companies.
You will mainly assist customers through incoming phone calls, and possibly chat or email, addressing their needs.

Earnings vary by client, typically ranging from 14 to 20 dollars per hour

Contractual relationship: Your relationship with Omni Interactions is that of an independent contractor. You will remain an independent contractor throughout your assignment. Omni Interactions does not withhold taxes from your earnings. Your contract will require you to acknowledge that you are not entitled to vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers’ compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance, or any other employee benefits.
