We offer a range of add-ons, snippets, and tutorials that help our customers do genuinely magical things with Gravity Forms. In this role, you’ll keep the magic going when customers run into bugs, run into theme or plugin conflicts, or reach out with questions about what’s possible across our various Gravity Forms add-on suites.

This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) with a one-month probation period. We offer a competitive salary, unlimited paid time off, and two salary increases per year. The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $60,000 per year.

Working hours are flexible, with our main coverage window being 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

We take customer support seriously—comically seriously, in the truest sense. Our ideal wizard or witch is extremely detail-oriented and works efficiently when troubleshooting. If you also bring reliable, friendly communication, write excellent English, and aren’t afraid to sprinkle in a smile now and then, you’ll fit right in. 😃

We go the extra mile for our customers. We’re happy to help with small, personalized tweaks and settings so our products work for each customer’s unique needs. To do that, you’ll need to be comfortable with WordPress and confident working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, as well as WordPress actions/hooks and filters. Experience with Gravity Forms isn’t required, but it’s strongly preferred.
