The Vice President of Product Management – Managed Services position is critical in assisting Xometry to accomplish its mission to streamline custom manufacturing. The Vice President of Product Management – Managed Services is the product manager for one product team, including multiple squads, and is responsible for the development and coaching of a small number of additional product managers (typically 1-3 others).

This person is the operator of the team and can take the overall product strategy/vision, develop and maintain a team-specific strategy/vision, and hold the group product team accountable for outcomes. This person is the primary catalyst to get everyone rowing in the right direction and helping the team succeed. This person also must have the ability to manage people, coach them, keep them focused on the right things, and get more out of them as a result. Other responsibilities include:
