Are you a seasoned Customer Service professional with a passion for guiding clients through detailed visa and passport procedures? We are seeking a committed specialist to join our team in a fully remote role.

You will collaborate with our business clients, supporting them with UK passport applications and visa submissions for embassies located in London. If you have strong experience in this area and outstanding communication abilities, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Key Details:
– Role: Visa Consultant / Customer Service
– Location: Fully remote (UK residency not required)
– Working Hours: UK business hours
– Communication: Mainly by email and phone

Responsibilities:
– Communicate with business clients to understand their visa and passport needs.
– Assist clients with UK passport applications and visa submissions to various London embassies.
– Prepare and check application documents for accuracy and compliance.
– Stay informed on UK visa and passport rules, as well as embassy procedures.
– Respond promptly to client questions via email and phone with clear, professional guidance.
– Monitor the progress of applications and keep clients updated.
– Maintain accurate records of client communications and application stages.

Full training will be provided.

Requirements:
– A proactive, self‑motivated attitude with strong initiative
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Demonstrated experience in visa consulting, immigration services, customer service, logistics, or a related field
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple client files at once
– Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
– Confident using email and phone communication tools
– Knowledge of UK passport and visa rules is highly beneficial
– A stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for calls
