Senior Recruiter / Work Remotely!
We are currently seeking experienced recruiters to join our strategic recruitment firm as Talent Acquisition Specialists / Job Order Originators.
Our company works with clients to enhance their hiring process. We are hired by our clients to assist in specific searches on a retained, non-commission basis.
Key Characteristics of the Successful Recruiter:
· Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere · Excellent networking skills for candidate development purposes · Resourcefulness · Ability to adapt and work within an entrepreneurial environment · Positive attitude and team player · Professional demeanor Skills and Experience: · Prior experience in recruiting – retained or contingency search is a plus · Must have proven experience working the phones to generate candidates · Domain experience in Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering helpful. · Experience with internet search tools and social media · Strong communication skills
Requirements to recruit remotely:
· Must have a dedicated office space that is quiet and free from any outside distraction · High-speed internet connection.
