We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Physician to join our care team and deliver high-quality, patient-centered, virtual-first primary care to patients across the United States.
Our group practice model is built to keep you supported, connected, and set up for success, no matter where you are located. This role involves providing primary care through video visits, live chat, and secure messaging, supported by Curai’s advanced AI technology and proprietary EMR. Along with patient care shifts, you will receive dedicated administrative time for clinical duties and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments for patients of all ages using text, phone, and video visits
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education to support overall well-being
• Create clear, efficient encounter notes that demonstrate strong medical decision-making, thorough differential diagnoses, and structured care plans
• Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners in states where formal agreements are required
Qualifications
• MD or DO from a US-accredited medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine plus Pediatrics
• At least 5 years of primary care experience with both adults and children
• Active, unrestricted licenses in at least 15 states
– Must include at least 2 of the following: California, Texas, Florida
– Preference for at least 3 of these states: Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee
– Willingness to obtain additional state licenses after hiring
• Telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement skills
• Highly self-motivated and independent, while able to work effectively in a team
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time well in a remote setting
• Comfortable working with evolving technology, including AI tools and digital platforms
Full-time Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday from 6:00pm to 6:00am PST
Weekday teams follow a rotating schedule, including rotating weekend shifts every four weeks.
Salary Range: $260,000 – $280,000
This range reflects what the organization expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary will depend on factors such as an applicant’s experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, the role includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) employer match, and annual CME reimbursement.
