Key responsibilities include:
– Daily inbox management, including billing questions, support requests, and general inquiries
– Task management in ClickUp
– Membership billing tasks such as handling failed payments, cancellations, account pauses, and subscription reminders
– Facebook group management, including adding new members and removing cancelled members
– Managing client tasks in ClickUp
– Collecting and organizing content each day that requires action within our membership community
This role is intended for someone seeking a paid contractor position rather than someone aiming to start their own business. The starting rate is $20 per hour, depending on skills and training requirements.
The contractor must complete daily tasks by 5 p.m. ET on weekdays and be available for daily check-ins during the week (asynchronous communication is acceptable).
