We’re seeking a performance-driven Video Editor to join our First Impression Experience team. We’re seeking a creative, organized person to help produce engaging video content—from social media shorts and teasers to educational clips and event recaps.
You’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the video team (Video Lead, Brand Ambassador, and Motion Graphics Designer), our Social Media Specialist, and marketing specialists (performance, PR, content) to deliver high-quality video outputs that match our brand voice and strategic goals.
Here’s what you’ll be up to:

    • Editing and post-production of video material for online channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), sound design and color grading.
    • Developing short, eye-catching video formats (teasers, reels, shorts) that align with our team strategy on social media.
    • Editing events and interviews—preparing highlight reels and summaries for marketing and PR use.
    • Close collaboration with marketing to plan and refine video concepts, formats, and storytelling approaches.
    • Applying basic animations, captions, and graphical elements
    • Ensuring consistency and quality by following brand guidelines and FIE creative standards.
    • Proposing new ideas and video concepts that enhance our brand presence online—experimenting with viral or innovative formats.
You may be a good fit for this role if you have/are:

    • At least 2 years of video editing experience (supported with a portfolio).
    • Proficient with editing software (DaVinci Resolve Studio or Adobe Suite) and basic knowledge of After Effects/Photoshop.
    • Skilled in creating dynamic, engaging video content tailored to different social platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
    • Strong storytelling sense for both short-form and longer-form edits.
    • Awareness of current video trends (viral formats, motion design techniques, CTAs).
    • Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills—comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick iterations.
    • Leveraging AI tools and open to testing or adopting emerging tech solutions that can improve efficiency and creativity in the video production workflow.
    • Proficient in creating backups, organizing recorded material, and managing project files efficiently.
    • Bonus (not mandatory): Experience in video shooting (lighting, sound recording).
