We currently have an urgent opening for a Video Editor with a creative mindset and a passion for Health & Wellness. You’ll entertain the audience while delivering educational fitness and health content. This role will support the Nootopia channel within our brand.

Compensation: $20–$24 per hour

Core responsibilities:

Edit original videos, crafting engaging narratives that align with the brand’s identity, voice, and values.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team to produce innovative, highly engaging videos.

Show creative thinking and introduce new ideas across a wide range of video content, including repurposing existing material in fresh, inventive ways.

What you need to succeed:

Be a self-starter who doesn’t require heavy “micro-management.”

Proven experience (2+ years) and strong knowledge of video editing.

Expert-level knowledge of the video editing software you use.

Excellent attention to detail.

Solid understanding of video formats, industry standards, and technical constraints.

Up-to-date knowledge of and interest in social media content and health industry trends, especially YouTube and TikTok.

Be creative and bold when contributing new ideas, with a strong eye for quality and visual presentation.

Highly motivated, able to take initiative, and remain calm and productive under pressure.

Can quickly adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, “can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; fluent English with excellent spelling and grammar.

An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong video editing skills.

Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.

As part of a collaborative, small team, we’re looking for someone who wants to make a real impact and contribute to the ongoing success of the BiOptimizers brand. There’s significant room for growth as we continue building out our video editing team.

Initial assessment: Complete a hands-on job assessment for the role.

15-minute call with the team lead.

Panel interview: A 60-minute video call with Martin and Matt to discuss your background, BiOptimizers, and your questions about the team and growth plans.

Reference check: At this stage, we’ll request references to email as part of our due diligence.
