The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our Customer Experience Team.
Main responsibilities include:
• Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
• Conduct personal client analysis and take necessary actions.
• Manage client requests effectively while providing high-quality service.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate efficiently with other departments when needed.
• Help the team achieve its goals.
Main requirements:
• Degree in a business-related discipline.
• Experience in client support within the financial services sector is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Russian and Uzbek, with excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay highly organized.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid work permit is mandatory.
