Position Description

UX designer with more than 4 years of experience with a knack for perfectionism, and a quality-driven mentality to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with our Product Design team to scale and evolve our User Experience process methodology of our mvnifest software, our revolutionary new logistics platform.

As a team member, you will collaborate with top-class talent from the US, Mexico, and Colombia; we keep a true work-life balance, but our teams are high intensity, and they are obsessed with high-quality results. We will assist you from day one to achieve a new level of design and engineering proficiency to assist us in making this new product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in User Experience design.
• Experience leading Workshops and User interviews.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your UX process.
• Knowledge of User Testing and tools to create metrics.
• Proficiency in collaborative design tools such as Figma

Main Duties

• Lead user research and stakeholder interviews.
• Lead the copywriting with stakeholders.
• Creation of user personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, competitor landscapes, etc.
• Validate hypotheses via interviews, usability tests, and data.
• Evolve the UX process over time.
• Helping to decide on the best approach for the needs of every project on the UX side.
• Quickly insights of designs based on the user feedback and user metrics available.
• Creation of information architecture diagrams to document new workflows.
