The CCRTE Utility Support Associate works alongside Machine Operators to help the team meet production goals by supporting the assembly line in three key areas: blanching, fast freeze and bagging, and packaging.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include completing assembly line tasks, lifting 20–50 pound items at a pace of roughly one per minute, and keeping up with production requirements. The role involves safely and efficiently handling products, verifying measurements and weights, and ensuring bags and boxes are sealed and labeled correctly. Additional duties include assembling boxes, stacking and wrapping pallets, moving products, and helping with machine sanitation using proper chemical-handling procedures. The associate must follow GMPs and food safety guidelines to meet USDA and FDA standards.

Required qualifications include previous manufacturing experience, strong performance and attendance, a solid food and general safety record, and the ability to work well in a team. Preferred qualifications include assembly line experience and familiarity with pallet jacks and forklifts.

Physical requirements include frequent use of hands to handle or operate tools and equipment, standing, communicating, and listening. The role may involve occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Good vision, including peripheral and depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, is necessary. The job also requires repetitive movements and working in varying temperatures.
