- 5 years of SM experience Ability to handle a complex team and/or multiple teams Knowledge and experience with various delivery frameworks/methodologies (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) SM Certification

- Experience driving Agile best practices Experience collaborating with technology & business partners
- Expert at one or more of the following tools: – Rally – JIRA – confluence
